1:1 Integrative Mentorship

Who This Is For

This work is for individuals who are:

• Navigating burnout, identity shifts, or life transitions

• In spiritual emergence or questioning old structures

• High-functioning but internally fragmented or fatigued

• Seeking mentorship rather than clinical treatment

This is not for crisis care, active psychosis, or unmanaged substance dependence.

Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and grounded. We may explore:

• Meaning-making and identity reorganization

• Nervous system awareness and self-regulation

• Values alignment and life direction

• Integration of spiritual or existential experiences

This work does not involve diagnosis, treatment planning, or psychotherapy.
